(11-3) Los Angeles Rams @ Seattle Seahawks (11-3)

The biggest Thursday Night Football of the season takes place in Week 16 as the Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams in a clash of the titans at Lumen Field! The Seattle Seahawks managed to just about get over the line against the Indianapolis Colts last weekend, and they currently sit second in the NFC West! As it stands, The Seahawks occupy the NFC’s Number 5 seed! As for LA, they picked up a strong win over the Detroit Lions last time out, and they currently lead the NFC West! If the season ended today, The Rams would take the Number 1 seed! In the end, this is such a difficult game to call, but I will go with The Seahawks! There’s so many arguments for either team, but given I expect this to be quite low-scoring, I’ll back Seattle at home!

(9-5) Philadelphia Eagles @ Washington Commanders (4-10)

The Washington Commanders finally snapped their 8-game losing streak last weekend in New York (against The Giants), and they currently sit third in the NFC East! As it stands, The Commanders are already eliminated from Playoff contention! As for Philadelphia, they got back to winning ways last time out with a 31-0 thrashing of the Las Vegas Raiders, and they currently lead the NFC East! If the season ended today, The Eagles would enter the NFC side of the Playoffs as the Number 3 seed! In the end, I fully expect Philly to win this one! Good luck Washington; I think you’re going to need it!

(9-4-1) Green Bay Packers @ Chicago Bears (10-4)

The NFC North Title is very much up for grabs as the 9-4-1 Green Bay Packers head to Illinois to take on the 10-4 Chicago Bears! The Chicago Bears smashed the Cleveland Browns last time out, and they currently lead the NFC North! As it stands, The Bears find themselves as the NFC’s Number 2 seed! As for Green Bay, they lost 26-34 in Denver last weekend, and they currently sit second in the NFC North! If the season ended today, The Packers would just about make it into the Playoffs as the Number 7 seed! In the end, I’m picking Chicago over Green Bay here! The Bears are still being disrespected in comparison to The Packers, and I think that’s quite unfair!

(10-4) Buffalo Bills @ Cleveland Browns (3-11)

The Cleveland Browns got smashed 31-3 in Chicago last time out, and they currently find themselves last in the AFC North! As it stands, The Browns have the third-worst record in the AFC! As for Buffalo, they came from 21-0 down to stun the New England Patriots in Week 15, and they currently sit second in the AFC East! If the season ended today, The Bills would take the AFC’s Number 6 seed! In the end, Buffalo should smash Cleveland! This should be as straightforward as straightforward can be for Josh Allen and The Bills!

(10-4) Los Angeles Chargers @ Dallas Cowboys (6-7-1)

ree

The Dallas Cowboys’ season all but came to an end last weekend when they lost to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football, and they currently sit second in the NFC East! As it stands, The Cowboys have a 1% chance of making the Playoffs (cue the Doctor Strange meme)! As for LA, they finished off the Kansas City Chiefs last time out, and they currently find themselves second in the AFC West! If the season ended today, The Chargers would start their Playoff campaign with a trip to Pittsburgh! In the end, I expect LA to win again here! I rate The Chargers a lot higher than most others do, and I do think The Cowboys’ little burst of positive results is in the past!

(6-8) Kansas City Chiefs @ Tennessee Titans (2-12)

The Tennessee Titans were comfortably second best in San Francisco last weekend, and they currently sit bottom of the AFC South! As it stands, The Titans have the joint-worst record in the entire NFL! As for Kansas City, their season is officially done after they lost at home against the Los Angeles Chargers last time out, and they currently find themselves third in the AFC West! If the season ended today, this would be The Chiefs first “negative” season since 2012! In the end, KC will win this game! Even with their issues and no Patrick Mahomes, The Chiefs aren’t bad enough to lose in Tennessee (surely)!

(3-11) New York Jets @ New Orleans Saints (4-10)

The New Orleans Saints became a nuisance yet again when they defeated the Carolina Panthers last weekend, but they do still currently sit bottom of the NFC South! As it stands, The Saints have risen out of being one of the three worst teams in the NFC! As for New York, they got decimated 48-20 by the Jacksonville Jaguars last time out, and they currently find themselves last in the AFC East! If the season ended today, The Jets would find themselves with a pretty strong Draft pick! In the end, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I expect The Saints to win this game! 3-straight wins for New Orleans would be absolutely insane given how useless they’ve been in 2025!

(6-8) Minnesota Vikings @ New York Giants (2-12)

The New York Giants lost for the 8th-straight time last time out against the Washington Commanders, and they find themselves last in the NFC East! As it stands, The Giants are the single worst team in the entire NFC! As for Minnesota, they picked up a positive win in Dallas on Week 15’s Sunday Night Football, but they do still currently sit bottom of the NFC North! If the season ended today, it would have to go down as a big letdown for The Vikings! In the end, Minnesota will win this game! The Giants suck!
