2026 NFL Week 7 Preview and Predictions: Part 1

(4-2) New England Patriots @ Chicago Bears (4-2)

An exciting Thursday Night Football looks set to take place as the Chicago Bears welcome the New England Patriots to Soldier Field! The Chicago Bears got back to winning ways with a positive performance in Atlanta last weekend, and they currently sit third in the NFC North! As for New England, they beat the New York Jets last time out, and they currently find themselves second in the AFC East! In the end, I’m actually going to pick New England to win this game! I could’ve easily gone with Chicago here, but I’m so high on Drake Maye right now that I refuse to pick against him (until he loses, anyway)!

(4-2) Pittsburgh Steelers @ New Orleans Saints (2-4)

NFL finally heads to France as the New Orleans Saints take on the Pittsburgh Steelers at the Stade de France! The New Orleans Saints got back to winning ways last time out over the New York Giants, and they currently sit third in the NFC South! As for Pittsburgh, they beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road last weekend, and they currently find themselves second in the AFC North! In the end, I’m going to go with The Steelers to win this game! Pittsburgh are getting the job done right now; I expect more of the same in New Orleans!

(6-0) San Francisco 49ers @ Atlanta Falcons (2-4)

The Atlanta Falcons lost 31-23 at home against the Chicago Bears last time out, and they currently sit second in the NFC South! As for San Francisco, they continued their perfect start to the season by beating the Washington Commanders in Week 6’s Monday Night Football, and they currently lead the NFC West (as the only team with a positive record)! In the end, I think The 49ers will win this game! The Niners definitely should be winning this game, anyway!

(4-2) Cleveland Browns @ Tennessee Titans (1-5)

The Tennessee Titans finally managed to win a game last weekend in Indianapolis, but they do still currently sit last in the AFC South! As for Cleveland, they managed to stun the Baltimore Ravens 13-10 last time out, and they currently lead the AFC North! In the end, let’s go with The Browns to beat The Titans! I’m sure I won’t end up regretting this!

(2-4) Indianapolis Colts @ Minnesota Vikings (5-0)

The Minnesota Vikings enter Week 7 off the back of 5 wins and a Bye, and they currently lead the NFC North (as the only team with a perfect record)! As for Indianapolis, they suffered an embarrassing defeat at home against the Tennessee Titans last time out, and they currently sit second in the AFC South! In the end, I firmly expect another win for Minnesota! The Colts are a joke!

(0-5) Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets (2-4)

The New York Jets lost 19-26 in New England last time out, and they currently sit third in the AFC East! As for Miami, they enter Week 7 off the back of 5 wins and a Bye, and they currently find themselves bottom of the AFC East (as the only team with a winless record)! In the end, NY really should be winning this game! I have to pick The Jets to win this game, but this might be one of the few chances that The Dolphins have when it comes to winning in 2026!

(1-5) Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Carolina Panthers (3-2)

The Carolina Panthers returned last week with a positive win in Philadelphia over The Eagles, and they currently lead the NFC South (as the only team with a positive record)! As for Tampa Bay, they lost at home to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Overtime last time out, and they currently find themselves bottom of the NFC South! In the end, I expect Carolina to win this game! Right now, The Panthers are the best team in the NFC South!
