NXT North American Championship: Myles Borne VS Dion Lennox

After a hype package for tonight’s show, Week 2 of NXT Revenge 2026 kicked off with Dion Lennox challenging Myles Borne for the NXT North American Championship! The entirety of DarkState was at ringside for this match, with the referee seemingly being okay with multiple interference spots! This was a totally fine match; nothing special, but I kind of feel like that’s part of the problem! Like, Dion Lennox is definitely a credible challenger to Myles Borne’s North American Title reign, and yet, he didn’t come across as a threat at all! Instead, the only way that Dion was ever going to win here was due to help from the rest of DarkState, something that didn’t come, as an accidental blunder from Saquon Shugars opened the door for Myles to deliver Borne Again to earn another successful Title retention!

Joe Hendry VS Keanu Carver, EK Prosper VS Lexis King: NXT Speed Championship

The Vanity Project seemed very interested in going on a date with someone, but only if Blake Monroe would allow it! Blake said it was fine, so they left before Saquon Shugars wanted to speak to Mr. Stone about getting DarkState another opportunity at Myles Borne and the NXT North American Championship! Shiloh Hill then told Tatum Paxley that he’s dealt with The Vanity Project (as in he was the one who set up the date), before Keanu Carver looked to send Joe Hendry packing! As it was announced yesterday that Joe Hendry has signed to Monday Night Raw, we sort of already knew that this was going to be his last match in NXT! So, whenever that happens, it’s smart for the Main Roster-bound star to make an up-and-coming superstar look strong! Thankfully, that’s exactly how NXT booked this match, with Keanu dominating Joe for the large majority of proceedings before he eventually got the win! However, I really liked how Carver won, with the referee having to stop the match as KC was hammering down on Hendry! This was a very effective way to make Keanu Carver look like a beast, and also, it’s been fun having Joe Hendry in NXT!

After Lizzy Rain said that she’s bringing Heavy Metal to NXT next week, Lexis King and EK Prosper collided for the right to be crowned as the new NXT Speed Champion! What I liked about this match heading into it was the fact that I genuinely didn’t know who was going to win, with both options being viable! EK Prosper is a similar-style wrestler to Elio Lefleur, meaning he’d almost be a straight swap for the injured Frenchman, whilst Lexis King winning would make sense given that NXT should be pushing Birth Right right now! This match lasted about 4 and a half minutes, meaning there was about 30 seconds left on the clock at the finish! Now, EK was looking good for a while, but timely interference by Arianna Grace opened the door for King to deliver a Coronation on Prosper to get the win, capturing his second Championship in NXT! All Hail The King!

NXT Women’s North American Championship Casket Match: Tatum Paxley VS Blake Monroe, Lola Vice Gets Interrupted

Saquon Shugars confirmed to the rest of DarkState that they will be getting a rematch for the NXT North American Championship; however, it will be Saquon who gets the opportunity, not Dion Lennox! Now he’s definitely not winning! We then saw that Jackson Drake’s date had stood him up, but it wasn’t a terrible trip for The Vanity Project as LFG’s Bayley Humphrey decided to sit with them instead! Things then started to get a little spooky as both Tatum Paxley and Blake Monroe arrived ready for their NXT Women’s North American Championship Casket Match! I have to say, this match was played up as a big deal, with Vic Joseph telling us that this is the first Casket Match for a Championship since the 1998 Royal Rumble! I personally enjoyed this match, with the use of objects being quite important! Firstly, Tatum brilliantly used Blake’s custom Title to stop the Casket from closing on her, meaning that technically, Monroe would’ve won this match had it not been for her obsession with holding Championship Gold! Secondly, earlier in the match, Monroe had used a pillow as a weapon, later revealing that it was full of diamonds! However, unlike at Vengeance Day (where she used them effectively to defeat Jaida Parker), it was Tatum Paxley who scored the fatal blow, dropping Blake Monroe onto them with a Cemetery Driver, before Paxley slammed the Casket door shut on Monroe to successfully retain her Women’s North American Title! I’m still not convinced that Blake Monroe is Main Roster-bound yet, so I’m interested to see what she’s going to do next!

Jackson Drake’s date with Bayley Humphrey seemed to go pretty well, although Drake did realise that his original date was nothing more than an “AI bot”! This was all so bizarre! Anyway, Lola Vice was then out next to celebrate her first successful Title defence over Jacy Jayne last week! Lola said that as hard as it was to become Champion, it’s a whole lot harder holding onto the gold, with challengers coming from every angle! However, Vice welcomes all threats, which quickly led to Izzi Dame interrupting to set herself up as Lola’s next challenger! Izzi said that she always gets what she wants, whilst some distractions by the rest of The Culling opened the door for Dame to floor Vice, standing tall with the NXT Women’s Title aloft! I don’t mind a Lola Vice-Izzi Dame feud; that could be good!

Lexis King was ready to celebrate becoming the new NXT Speed Champion, but EK Prosper already wants a rematch, whilst Dorian van Dux has his back against the rest of Birth Right! We then got Part 2 of the Kendal Grey NXT Chronicle, where Kendal talked about her upbringing, stating that she’s always been into sports since she was young, playing many against boys due to having an older brother! Grey is super talented, but it’s actually been nice to learn a little bit more about her as a person! Lola Vice then told Mr. Stone that she needs to get her revenge on The Culling, before Stone found a beaten-down Shiloh Hill in his office! The perpetrator was none other than Ricky Saints, who seemingly isn’t heading to the Main Roster like his buddy Ethan Page! Robert Stone was then back again, this time to tell Tony D’Angelo that he’ll sort out his next challenger soon, although that already seems to have been decided in the form of Keanu Carver! D’Angelo was also given an interesting Asian box here; something nobody seemed to have a clue about!

Sol Ruca VS Zaria: Last Woman Standing

And in the Main Event of Week 2 of NXT Revenge 2026, Sol Ruca and Zaria finally put an end to their story in a Last Woman Standing Match! I didn’t enjoy their match at Stand and Deliver; I felt like it was the weakest match on the card, but I firmly feel like this was the best match across the two weeks of Revenge! The action merited a Last Woman Standing stipulation, with Zaria sending Sol crashing through the announce table with a Z5, whilst Ruca speared Zaria through the Podium/Platform area! Speaking of the Podium/Platform area, Sol climbed up there to deliver a splash onto Zaria through two tables, but when she got up there, the Aussie was nowhere to be seen! This is because Zaria had followed her up there, leading to a tense brawl which ended when Zaria pleaded to Sol Ruca not to push her off! Sol, being the true babyface in this story, agreed as ZaRuca reunited for one final hug, just moments before Zaria sent Ruca crashing off the stage through 2 tables to ultimately earn the victory! Despite how the crowd has reacted over recent weeks, Sol Ruca was a good friend to Zaria, choosing not to pull the final trigger, whilst Zaria did finally pull that trigger to become the killer that she was always supposed to be! Fantastic storytelling: this is how you end a storyline between two women set to go on very different paths!
