ImPaulsive TV, Roxanne Perez VS Alexa Bliss

After some nice tributes to Hulk Hogan, Friday Night SmackDown properly started with Logan Paul hosting an episode of “ImPaulsive TV”! Logan talked about his dislike for his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, before he brought out his guest, another thing he doesn’t like in Jelly Roll! Jelly fired plenty of shots at Logan Paul, calling him a bunch of names before Drew McIntyre made his presence known! However, this just brought out Randy Orton to even the odds, and in the end, it was Jelly Roll who sent Paul reeling to the outside! Once again, both Logan Paul and Jelly Roll put on a good show!

After Rey Fenix and Andrade got a video promo ahead of the show’s Main Event, it was time for the first match of the night as Roxanne Perez faced off with Alexa Bliss! This match could’ve been great, both Roxanne and Alexa are amazing at what they do, but for whatever reason, this match didn’t last that long! It felt rushed, and it involved plenty of interference from both Raquel Rodriguez and Charlotte Flair! Ultimately, Alexa Bliss made the mistake of taking out Raquel with Twisted Bliss, as this opened the door for Roxanne Perez to cheat her way to a victory! I’m very glad that Perez won here, but this should’ve been an awful lot better!

Jade Cargill VS Chelsea Green, Cody Rhodes Promo, Jacob Fatu VS The Miz

Chelsea Green talked trash about Jade Cargill backstage, resulting in Jade carrying Chelsea down to the ring to give us an impromptu match! This impromptu match lasted only a few minutes, with Jade scoring an easy victory before The Secret Hervice jumped her from behind! However, it was Tiffany Stratton who then ran down to save the day, so I’m guessing we’re probably going to get a Tag Team match next week! Again, there was nothing to this!

Charlotte Flair said she’d think about her and Alexa Bliss being friends after they become WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions before Cody Rhodes came out to cut a promo! Cody simply said that he doesn’t want to fight this version of John Cena, that he wants to fight the “real” John Cena! Rhodes said he wants to prove that all of this was worth it, and that he’ll see Cena next week! This was another segment that didn’t really add anything to the show, very odd!

Jacob Fatu was cutting a promo on Solo Sikoa before The Miz interrupted him, and he even ended up slapping Fatu! Aleister Black and Damian Priest then had a video promo each to hype up their match on next week’s show before Jacob Fatu went one-on-one with The Miz! In theory, this should’ve been another squash match, but it wasn’t as the arrival of Solo Sikoa and The MFT’s caused Miz to get ahead with a chop-block! However, in the end, Fatu was able to score the win before The MFT’s swarmed the ring, resulting in Jimmy Uso running down to make the save! However, Uso failed massively, with Solo Sikoa eventually flooring Fatu with a Samoan Spike to stand tall! At least this segment did something!

WWE Tag Team Championships: The Wyatt Sick6 VS Rey Fenix and Andrade

After DIY once again complained at The Street Profits, and Kiana James officially made her return to WWE TV as Giulia’s representation, it was Main Event time as The Wyatt Sick6 put up their first defense of the WWE Tag Team Championships against the duo of Rey Fenix and Andrade! This was another match on this show that felt odd, there were some good moments to it, Rey and Andrade are a great pairing, they’re really good! However, the ending was so odd as after Andrade looked to have had the match won with the Message, Nikki Cross pulled the referee out of the ring, and she called for the DQ! Now, in fairness, this was a DQ, absolutely, but it's never a DQ in other matches, and that lack of consistency is really frustrating! Anyway, the whole SmackDown Tag Team Division then failed miserably at trying to take down Erick Rowan before eventually security broke them all up (albeit not very well)! This brought out Nick Aldis who announced a TLC match for Summerslam between The Wyatt’s, Fenix and Andrade, DIY, FRAXIOM, the Motor City Machine Guns, and The Street Profits, and that match could be insane!
