UEFA Europa League Final: Tottenham 1-0 Manchester United

Tottenham Hotspur finally lifted a major trophy again after beating Manchester United to book their place in next season’s UEFA Champions League! Amad Diallo came close to giving Manchester United the lead early on as his effort went flying just wide of the post before Tottenham had the lead in the 42nd minute through Brennan Johnson! The scrappiness of this goal about summed up both teams’ seasons! In the Second Half, Guglielmo Vicario made an important save to stop Leny Yoro from equalising before Micky van de Ven pulled out an insane goal-line clearance to deny Rasmus Hojlund! Bruno Fernandes then had a decent opportunity to equalise which he failed to head on target before Vicario pulled out a massive 97th-minute save to deny Luke Shaw! Overall, what a special night this was for Tottenham Hotspur as they will now play in the Champions League next season as a result of this terrific achievement! As for Manchester United, they missed so many chances here, and it was another poor night in what’s been a horrendous season!
Championship Playoff Final: Sheffield United 1-2 Sunderland

A late, late winner saw Sunderland secure Promotion back to the Premier League for the first time since 2017! Anthony Patterson pulled out a terrific save to stop Kieffer Moore from giving Sheffield United the lead before Sheffield United did have the lead in the 25th minute through Tyrese Campbell! What a great counter-attacking goal this was! United then looked to have a second goal through Harrison Burrows, but his goal was ruled out for offside before Patterson made another great save, this time to deny Andre Brooks! In the 76th minute, the game was all square at 1-all as Eliezer Mayenda finished superbly! And then, in the 95th minute, after a terrible pass by Kieffer Moore, Tom Watson took advantage and finished superbly to secure a dramatic late winner for The Black Cats! In the end, it’s complete and utter heartbreak for Sheffield United as they will have to face another season in the Championship! As for Sunderland, they don’t make it easy for themselves, but it’s going to be fascinating to cover them regularly in the Premier League next season!
League One Playoff Final: Charlton 1-0 Leyton Orient

Charlton Athletic edged out Leyton Orient to end their 5-year stay in League One! After 31 minutes, it was Charlton who found themselves in front as Macaulay Gillesphey scored directly from a free kick! I do wonder if Goalkeeper Josh Keeley could’ve maybe done better here! In the Second Half, Jordan Brown had a good opportunity to equalise which he blasted off target before Charlie Kelman’s deflected effort struck the top of the Charlton crossbar! Overall, it’s a terrific day for Charlton Athletic who will give it a right old go in the Championship next season! As for Leyton Orient, this is such a tough defeat for them to take, but they should be proud of their efforts this season!
League Two Playoff Final: Wimbledon 1-0 Walsall

A goal in additional time at end of the First Half was enough for AFC Wimbledon to beat Walsall and earn their way back to England’s third tier! Myles Hippolyte had a decent opportunity early on which he failed to guide on target before Wimbledon had the lead right on Halftime as Hippolyte wasn’t to miss again! In the Second Half, Riley Harbottle was there to pull off a crucial goal-line clearance to stop Jamille Matt from equalising before Tommy Simkin made an important save to deny Josh Neufville! Overall, it’s a fantastic win for AFC Wimbledon as they defy the odds to book their return to League One! As for Walsall, the end to their season has been an absolute disaster, it’s unbelievable that they haven’t gotten themselves Promoted!
UEFA Conference League Final: Real Betis 1-4 Chelsea

A storming Second-Half performance saw Chelsea storm past Real Betis to make European History! After less than 9 minutes, Real Betis already had the lead as Abdessamad Ezzalzouli scored with a really strong finish! Johnny Cardoso then had a great chance to make it 2-0, but his effort deflected over the bar before Chelsea had their equalising goal in the 65th minute through Enzo Fernandez! I have to question Adrian here, his footwork was all over the place! Just 5 minutes later, and Chelsea had turned things around completely as Nicolas Jackson headed home after another great pass by Cole Palmer! In the 83rd minute, it was 3-1 as Jadon Sancho got in on the act before Moises Caicedo made it 4-1 in the 91st minute! In the end, what a horror show this turned out to be for Real Betis, but they will get the chance to go again in Europe next season! As for Chelsea, they’ve made history by winning the Conference League, and that’s pretty cool!
UEFA Champions League Final: PSG 5-0 Inter Milan

The dream finally came true as Paris Saint-Germain recorded their greatest-ever night to decimate Inter Milan to become European Champions! After just 12 minutes, PSG had the lead as Achraf Hakimi scored after a terrific pass from Desire Doue! Just 8 minutes later, and PSG had their second of the night as Doue scored thanks to a kind deflection off Federico Dimarco! Marcus Thuram then had a golden opportunity to get Inter Milan back into the game, but his headed effort flew just wide of the post before Desire Doue scored again to make it 3-0 after 63 minutes! In the 73rd minute, it was 4-0 as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia got himself a goal before Senny Mayulu made it 5 in a moment he’ll never forget! Overall, this is one of the all-time Champions League Final performances, and congratulations to Paris Saint-Germain for finally achieving what they’ve been so desperately waiting for! As for Inter Milan, this was horrific for them, what a terrible way to end their season!
